I have a confession to make.
I haven’t lost a pound for the past seven years while strength training the X-Force Body way.
Does that make me a hypocrite? I mean, after all, I’m the Director of X-Force Body. Every day, I teach people how to strengthen their muscles, burn more fat and calories, and lose weight.
It’s not unusual for us to see X-Force Body participants lose 30 pounds in 30 days. Some have lost more – 40, 50, 60. Some have had even greater success, such as Angel Rodriguez, who lost 121 pounds in 30 weeks.
Yet, here I am, and the scale hasn’t moved for seven years.
So, I should quit the program, right? Hardly! The truth is, it only makes sense that you reach your ideal weight with X-Force Body.
If you just kept on losing, you’d eventually be zero pounds.
Lots of people make the mistake of concentrating on what they see on the scale, instead of what they see in the mirror (or how they feel and perform.)
They want the emotional satisfaction of seeing their number change. That’s how the diet and weight loss industry has trained people to behave.
However, we don’t want you to fall into that trap at X-Force Body.
Over the past seven years, I have continued to get stronger. I keep reaching for the next level of strength, lifting more weight, lowering more weight and pushing my muscles to failure.
Do I look bulky to you? No, of course not. We’re talking about strength–not bulk.
Other programs talk about “maintaining.” Not here at X-Force Body, though. We’re all about getting stronger and stronger.
Your muscles burn more calories…you melt away more flab…you keep it off…you feel better, sleep better, and your body works like the finely-tuned machine it was designed to be, both physically and emotionally.
That’s what you really want, isn’t it?
You will like the way you look and feel. Others will admire you. You’ll have the confidence you want. And, others will secretly want to be like you.
That’s an X-Force body.
