Five Ways to Lose Weight

Hi, it’s Illy with X-Force Body. And I asked our crack staff to compile a list of ways we can make our videos go more viral and show you how to lose weight while building muscle. Here they are . . .

Number one – Be informative. We’ve been doing that – teaching you the tips, tricks, and methods of how to burn fat and gain muscle to lose weight.

Number two – Be entertaining. Yes, if you look back at my previous Vlog posts, you’ll see me playing with dogs, performing a magic trick, dressing up in a disguise, and a lot of other fun stuff.

Number three – Be inspiring. That’s what we’re all about. Helping you achieve your health goals: lose weight, gain muscle. And when you see the results of X-Force Body participants who lost 20, 30, 50 or more pounds in as many days, you know you can do it, too.

Number four – Be interesting. Yes, I would say our Vlog can be fascinating, funny, and sometimes surprising.

And number five – Be topless. Yes, I believe that –

Wait, what?? Be topless!? Really? I mean, really? This is going to help our videos go viral? You expect me to take my top off? . . . Okay, if you think this will help.
