Here’s Why Most X-Forcers Don’t Gain Weight During the Holidays

If you think people who strength train the X-Force Body way are genetically-gifted superheroes with iron-clad willpower, think again. We enjoy our holiday feast just as much as anyone; in fact, we probably indulge more than most. We rarely have dieter’s remorse and often enjoy holiday weight loss. Here’s why:

When we lose weight, we lose fat – not muscle.

The problem with diets – the ones you see on TV and the ones dieters invent on their own – is that so much weight loss is water and muscle. Yes, the number looks better when you step on the scale, but as soon as you start eating again, the weight (and the fat) comes back with a vengeance. Yo-yo dieters know this vicious cycle all too well. With X-Force, you build muscle to burn more calories – and, therefore, lose more fat. Our bodies use food as fuel, burning it like a finely-tuned machine. 

We drink a lot of water – and we mean A LOT!

And throw in a 30-minute nap during the day to make your total 9 hours. Why? Because almost all the fat you lose happens while you sleep.
