Live a Life of YES with Ongoing Results from X-Force Body
Let’s see how many times I can say “no” during this vlog. No to high-calorie food, no to sugary sodas, no to candy, and no to your waiter’s plea, “Have you saved room for dessert?” It’s important to practice saying “No” when people offer you certain foods. The more you practice saying no, the easier it will be to say no, and you’ll have greater self-control over your health and over your life. So, let’s practice some more. No to fad diets. No to gimmick exercise gadgets. No to starvation. No to hours and hours in the gym. It can be hard to say no. That’s why finding a good support group is so important.
I said “so” important, not “no” important.
You can ask questions to your group, find new recipes, share your struggles, and inspire each other. This kind of social interaction will help you maximize your fat-loss and increase your muscle-gain results. Which is what we do for our participants here at X-Force Body.
