X-Force Body is the quickest way for you to lose fat, build muscle and reshape your body… usually in 50 to 100 days, and sometimes in as few as 30 days.
We always tell our new participants that an X-Force Body workout takes only 30 minutes. But the truth is, it can be a lot quicker.
Your one-on-one X-Force Body coach will take you through seven workouts during your session. Each workout takes about 1-minute to complete.
You can realistically be in and out of X-Force Body in as little as 10 minutes.
So, why do we overestimate and say it takes 30 minutes?
Here are two good reasons:
X-Force Body is hard. If you like doing an X-Force workout, you are probably not doing it correctly. Many of our participants “get very good at” stalling between machines. They try to engage the trainer in conversation, slow down their pace, or simply ask for more time to catch their breath. That’s okay. You have up to 30 minutes to complete your entire routine. It’s up to you.
It sounds too good to be true. If we told people that X-Force Body is a 7-minute workout, a lot of people wouldn’t believe us… even though it is literally true! We don’t want the marketplace to lump us into all those “lose-weight-fast” scams out there. And we realize some people will take 10 minutes, 15, 20, 25, or up to 30 minutes to finish their session.
Understand this: muscle failure is muscle failure is muscle failure. It doesn’t matter if you achieve it in 7-minutes or 30-minutes. Once you get there, you’re done – and your body will do the rest. That’s why your recovery time is the most important time of all!
