Hi, Illy here, with X-Force Body. Did you know that July 27 is National Take Your Pants for a Walk Day? Which is why our video wizards have me taking a leisurely stroll.
Hey, guys, I’m supposed to be walking. Where is the walking footage?
Oh, brother, it’s so hard to find good help these days. Anyway, ignore what’s behind me and let me answer a question I get a lot — which is this: “Will I get better fat-loss results if I walk longer than X-Force Body’s recommended 30 minutes?” The answer is no, and here’s why:
Whoa! Guys! What was that!? C’mon! Anyway, most people think more is better. But that’s wrong. If you walk more than 30 minutes, you’ll begin to deplete significant amounts of your recovery ability. And the recovery phase is where you get your results.
Hey, fellas, cut it out. I’m trying to teach here. Where was I? Oh, yes, walking. Remember, your body must be well rested to provide the chemicals necessary for maximum fat loss and muscle gain.
Okay, guys, now you’re just being ridiculous. See what I have to put up with? Anyway, take a leisurely 30-minute walk after dinner, and sip 16-ounces of cold water while you walk. It’s that easy. Thanks for watching. If you have any questions, you can email me at Illy@XForceBody.com.
