Eat What You Want

Hi, don’t tell anyone, but it’s me – Illy – from X-Force Body. Why am I incognito?

Well, they say if the food doesn’t recognize you, the calories don’t count, and I want to eat what I want! Let’s hope that’s true – because May 11 is National Eat What You Want Day.

That’s right, it’s a day of indulgence here in America. Like we don’t have enough of that already every day.

Now, you might think we at X-Force Body frown on this kind of celebration. After all, we’re all about discipline – descending calories, super-hydration, after-dinner walking, and all that.

That’s true. But we’re also all about living. Which is what the X-Force program gives you – a way to make your body work better than it ever has before.
